Healthy Balance

These are the things that mean a lot to me. Can I maintain a commitment to them?

Family - Every day is the day to care for them and let them know how much they mean to me.

Friends - They may be far away, we may not speak every day, but they know I am there for them through thick and thin.

Writing - I will be faithful and blog diligently, even if only to check in.

Running - It is a part of my life; daily has become a challenge, but these days I satisfy myself with 2-3 days a week to stay mentally and physically fit.

Eating - Keep on a straight path of healthy, natural eating; thoroughly enjoy an occasional splurge to celebrate feeling and looking as good as I can.

Travellling - It continues to be a priority for as long as I have one hand in the sand!

Reading - So good for the head .... I definitely have to do more.
